Our wedding in Ravello, Italy, was an absolute dream, and we owe so much of its success to the incredible team at Exclusive Italy Weddings! From the moment we began our planning journey, Alessandra and her team were there every step of the way, ensuring that our vision was brought to life with precision and care.

Exclusive Italy Weddings listened to our ideas and then elevated them beyond anything we could have envisioned, creating us a truly one-of-a-kind and magical wedding experience. We even added multiple days of events to our itinerary mid-planning (including a boat party and, while smaller, a whole additional Catholic wedding ceremony), and they managed everything effortlessly, delivering exceptional results. Their deep understanding of the local area, venues, and vendors was so helpful and apparent in every detail, ensuring that each element of our celebration was perfectly tailored to our desires.

Coordinating a four-day event from the United States seemed a little daunting at first, but Alessandra's professionalism and prompt communication made the process seamless. The planning process was honestly so easy (and fun)! Her attention to detail and thorough understanding of our needs were evident from our first conversation. She listened to our ideas and offered invaluable advice, making us feel confident and at ease throughout the planning process.

The subvendors arranged by EIW, were nothing short of exceptional. Each one was carefully selected to match our style, budget and preferences, ensuring that every aspect of our celebration was perfect. Each element, from the stunning floral arrangements to their assistance with catering (as we did not get to go to Italy beforehand to do our own tasting), exceeded our expectations. They were also always mindful and upfront about the costs of items/vendors, which we truly appreciated. They also presented unique opportunities to customize and tailor our events and venues in novel ways including lush floral designs, stationary from a local Italian stationer, a custom dance floor, custom napkins, and hand-crafted ceramic tiles for our guests. And when they reassure you your flower arch will be as grand as you have pictured, you can trust them that it will be other-worldly, even more beautiful, and even bigger than you imagined!! For such a premium experience, we really feel there is no other planner group who could match Exclusive Italy’s expertise.

Alessandra's dedication and passion for her work truly shone through. She was not only our planner but also a calming presence, always ready to address any concerns and make adjustments, if needed. Her reassuring confidence, without a hint of arrogance, alleviated any stress we expected to have (in hindsight we were amazingly stress-free), allowing us to fully enjoy our wedding without any worry.

Our guests are still raving about the magical atmosphere and the beautiful setting of Ravello and Villa Cimbrone. All of our guests had such amazing experiences too and were very well

taken care of by EIW, which was also something very important to us. Our guests keep telling us how everything was absolute “perfection” and “a dream”. They have more recently just decided to refer to our wedding weekend and events as “Carley & Joe’s Wedding” because they say there won’t ever be anything like it and it cannot ever be topped! We are ultimately so incredibly grateful to Alessandra and the entire team at Exclusive Italy Weddings for making our dream wedding a reality. Their expertise, creativity, and commitment to excellence made all the difference, and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect celebration.
