Day-Of Coordination and Assistance
After months of planning, your planner, along with other coordinators of our team, will be on your side on the most special day of your lives. Exclusive Italy Weddings coordinators are the ones who run around behind the scenes to ensure the wedding is fun and organized for you and your guests.
Our day-of coordination actually starts at least one day before the first event of your celebrations, with a meeting and final walk-through of your wedding venue to confirm the space layout, seating plan and other important details. Typically, on that same day we will arrange and coordinate the ceremony rehearsal. We will be supervising each event from set up to tear down, we will be the point of contact for all vendors, for your guests and of course for you.
