At the very start of our wedding planning experience, we interviewed over 15 planners. We are American and our dream was to be married in Italy, so naturally we spoke to some Americans specializing in destination weddings, and some Italians. Laura Frappa at EIW stood out from the rest given her (a) deep knowledge of, and close relationships with, top-notch Italian vendors and (b) impeccable creative taste.

After hiring Laura, she brought Alessandra Stefani from her team in to help and the two were just an unbeatable team. Throughout the entire process, Laura and Alessandra's advice, thought partnership, responsiveness, and general management of a seemingly endless sea of details was just impeccable.

Our initial reasons for selecting Laura and Alessandra turned out to be spot on - the vendors they brought to the table were UNBELIEVABLE. From photo/video to food to florals, down to the smallest rental or transportation/logistics, it was all perfect. On top of that, the creative / decor element was just gorgeous and went even better than we had expected based on the planning - Laura went above and beyond to make it all come together beautifully. She even surprised us with certain elements that we didn't plan but that were the perfect "cherry on top" to make the event that much more special.

As a result of their very hard work, our 3-day event in Tuscany, which incorporated two different venues, six different themes, and guests staying at six different local villas, was the event of a lifetime for both us and our guests.

We had MANY guests (young and old) tell us this was the best wedding they had ever attended. Laura and Alessandra played a huge role in making that a reality.
