Donna and Tom, Symbolic Wedding in Florence

Florence, May 27^th 2018.

We were recommended Exclusive Italy Weddings by someone we knew who had also used them to help plan their wedding in Italy. Right from the very first time we spoke to them, we were assured that they were the right team to assist us with our special day. They were understanding of our budget, but also realistic and pragmatic in ensuring we spent our money in the right places and did not compromise on quality. They always gave us options so that we could choose what was right for us, and provided advice on previous experiences and what they felt would work best to achieve our vision. 

They worked with us on every single detail, from the music to the lighting and the table settings to the dining arrangements. They even helped us with booking beauty treatments at salons in Florence and advising on places to visit for our honeymoon. All things which although may sound simple, are a huge help when you have so many things on your mind in the lead up to your big day. We even booked our venue without having seen it beforehand as we were able to place our trust in Exclusive Italy Weddings that it would be the perfect venue for us. 

The whole way through the planning process  our planner was very responsive to our emails and always at the other end of the phone, whenever we needed her. Being based in London and not being able to have any face to face meetings was initially quite daunting, but everything was organised so smoothly and efficiently. 

Our initial contact was with Martina, who was extremely helpful. We were then allocated our dedicated planner, Chiara. Chiara was like and Angel sent from heaven!! So patient and attentive, she gave us all the time and reassurance we needed. Her years of experience spoke volumes and she genuinely wanted our day to be as perfect as we did. On the day of the wedding, Chiara was there to make sure everything went to plan. She brought Elena, another planner, with her. And both were simply amazing. We had a meeting together the day before the wedding to go over everything. To have them there ensuring everything went perfectly took away all of our stress and anxieties and the days leading up to the wedding we couldn’t have felt more relaxed. 

We would highly recommended the services of Exclusive Italy Weddings to anyone thinking of having their wedding in beautiful Italy. We wish we could do it all over again. We are already talking about the day when we can renew our wedding vows and getting in touch with Exclusive Italy Weddings would be the first thing we do!!
