Genna & Alessandro, Wedding at Borgo Stomennano in Tuscany

Italy has always been a special place to us, and despite knowing the language and having family there, we couldn’t have planned our wedding without the support of Alessandra and the team at Exclusive Italy Weddings. We chose EIW after speaking with and considering multiple other planners based on their knowledge, beautiful designs, network of vendors, and praise from others who had worked with them in the past. While the planning process was stressful at times, Alessandra and the team were always reassuring. They were open to letting us explore different options but also knew when to be assertive to help us make the best decisions, ranging from Laura's suggestions on design details to strongly recommending our welcome event venue Castello di Monsanto, which was incredible. It was amazing to see all of the ideas and planning come to life on our wedding weekend. 

Throughout the weekend, Alessandra and Elena went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly even during a rainstorm that caused complications such as flooding, car accidents, and power issues. They remained calm and composed, so much so that the guests, and even Genna, were unaware of most of these issues. They were able to be flexible and find creative logistical and scheduling solutions so everything could continue as planned. Somehow, they were even able to preserve the outdoor setup so it remained in perfect condition. Their extra efforts behind the scenes didn’t go unnoticed, such as driving Alessandro’s aunt from the venue to the welcome event when her train arrived late, and driving his nonna back to the venue so she wouldn’t have to walk too far, which meant a lot to us. Our family and friends continue to talk about our wedding constantly. We can’t thank EIW, as well as all the amazing vendors they connected us with, enough for all of their guidance and suggestions that helped us put together a magical event that we’ll always remember.
