Sincere apologies for the delay in replying to you. Things have been hectic at both work and home for both of us since we returned.

We can honestly say our wedding day was perfect. You inspired us with confidence from the start that our wedding day would be special and it was exactly that. The service you provided was very efficient and thorough and above all very friendly and we appreciated that. The planning of the day was precise and everything happened exactly as we hoped it would. Our expectations were high but you managed to exceed them. It was a genuine pleasure to have you and your team join us on the day.

You asked how you might improve your service and it is difficult to think how you might do that. You were extremely prompt and efficient with every communication throughout and this impressed us greatly and reassured us that we were in safe hands. We were able to relax and enjoy our wedding day confident that everything had been taken care of.
