Keith and Rebecca, civil wedding in Rome
Rome, May 17th 2008.
Hi Martina,
How are you? Your little girl will be almost 1 now isn't she? Can't believe where the time has gone! Sorry it's taken me so long to get back, I've been trying to get Keith to sit down with me to write this, but as I'm sure you're aware having two small kids and working you don't have much spare time.
Martina, how can I thank you enough. I am so grateful for all of your help and patience in guiding me through every thing step by step. Also, for the help you gave us in getting all of our guests accommodation sorted, and the transport to and from the hotel, I don't think we could have done this without you.
I know we didn't have the place for the ceremony that we chose, but thanks to your pre-empting this the Villa Lais was quaint and intimate. The weather managed to hold off until the reception, but that's not down to anyone.
The photos were amazing, although looking through your site after I'd have liked to have been round the Trevi Fountain too, but I think our guests won't have liked having to wait longer for a drink.
The reception, wow! The location for this was even better than I had visioned when my now husband wanted us to get Married in Rome. Not only did we get to see the Colosseum change as night time drew in, we could also see the history at our feet. Between the Restaurant Gladiatori and the Colosseum was the remains of Gladiator apartments and training arena. We were told that the wine cellar was actually one of the apartments too.
Thanks to all of your planning the day went smoothly and everyone had a fantastic time, once again Martina Grazi,
Rebecca and Keith Hetherington
