Mary and Nathan, wedding in Ravello
Ravello, May 2nd 2008.
Hi! I wanted to write back again and tell you how wonderful everything turned out! The pictures are fabulous - all of our friends/family that have seen them all have the same comment, "Those are the most beautiful wedding pictures i've EVER seen!"
Everyone we met was very nice and helpful - Mrs. Anna especially, we really enjoyed talking with her! The trip was lovely and we had a great time. Thank you so much for everything you put together!
A description of the wedding day:

We stayed at the scenic Villa Scarpariello that was right on the water. We got up and laid out by the pool and Mediterranean in the morning. After an hour or two of sunning, we ordered a lunch and started getting ready in the early afternoon.
The photographer showed up around 4ish and we took some lovely photos at the hotel, before taking a taxi to the Ravello town center, where we met Mrs. Anna. The photographer took more photos as we walked up to the Municipio, where all the locals were staring at us and telling me how beautiful I looked! They were saying that I looked like an actress that stepped out of a 1930s movie! My bouquet of light pink peonies was very charming.
The ceremony in the Municipio was short, sweet and simple - exactly how we wanted it. The Lord Mayor read everything in Italian, then Mrs. Anna translated for us. After signing the documents, they presented us with a wonderful photographic book of Ravello, including our names and date stamped on the inside.
Once the ceremony was finished, we bought some gelato and walked to the Villa Cimbrone to take more pictures - such a beautiful villa and gardens with a gorgeous overlook! We took many pictures there until it was time for the photographer to leave and then we headed towards the Palazzo Sasso for a great dinner! We made it back to the hotel exhausted, but had a great wedding day!
