Castello Camemi was built in the fifteenth century as a fortified castle and is now a boutique five stars hotel located in the heart of Eastern Sicily. The restoration recovered the original materials and period furnishing therefore crossing the entrance of the castle is like taking a journey into the past. The castle was built in a rural area on the hills of Val di Noto, a Unesco World Heritage, and overlooks the amazing Sicilian countryside. Made on a square plan on three sides it features an impressive façade, a beautiful green courtyard and a swimming pool. Guests enjoy sofas, deckchairs and tables spread around the garden to sunbathe and relax.

Wedding ceremony and reception

Symbolic ceremonies are celebrated outside in the garden under the shadow of beautiful and romantic trees: you can imagine the Bride coming out of the walls of the castle, walking down the long aisle to meet her future husband, what an emotional moment!

The Aperitif generally takes place in another area of the garden, closer to the castle walls, allowing Bride and Groom to mingle among guests and take spectacular candid shots with the castle in the background. Served dinners can be organized in the Internal hall that has a capacity of max 220 guests or in the wide court that can host up to 300 guests and is the best way to live the old Sicilian atmosphere. The event goes on with the cutting of the cake and dancing party in the pool garden, maybe ending with a jump in the pool!
