Italian Weddings at Vinilia Wine Resort in Puglia

Located in the rural territory of Manduria, land of the Primitivo wine and heart of the renowned Salento area in the province of Taranto. Brindisi airport is at 50 minutes' drive.

Venue description

Vinilia Wine Resort is a stylish and elegant retreat dating back to the early 1900, originally built for the local aristocracy. Outdoors in the garden there is a beautiful seasonal pool with bar.  The last restoration project preserved as much as possible of the original structure removing the most recent sections to bring the old atmosphere back into life. Vinilia's priorities are relaxation, comfort and privacy.

Guests are welcomed in a spacious, elegant and comfortable and have 18 double rooms at disposal. There is a Lounge Bar for coffee, tea, cocktails, fresh fruits and homemade pastry. Their restaurant called Casamatta offers the most delicious Mediterranean and regional dishes with a touch of Chef's creativity.

Interesting experiences in the surroundings: cycling, visit to oil mills and wine cellars, sailboat excursions, horseback riding.

Wedding ceremony and reception

Booking of the resort for 2 or 3 nights is necessary to have exclusive use of the location on your wedding day.

Civil or Symbolic Wedding ceremonies can be organized outdoors in the garden among olive trees. Many couples are inspired by the arches of the castle and chose that spot as background and then have cocktails served on the terrace, by the pool, or on the lawn near the castle.

An intimate sit-down dinner can take place indoors in the typical restaurant hall or outdoors in the garden or by the arches of the Castle.

Maximum capacity of the restaurant indoors is 40 guests, while outdoors the park can hold big groups of max 300 guests. A Marquee is necessary in case of bad weather conditions.

Music and dancing are allowed outdoors in the garden with no restrictions, the party generally ends at 1am but can be extended.

Accommodations

18 rooms including 1 Classic, 7 Superior, 5 Castle Deluxe, 2 Junior Suites Deluxe with bathtub, 2 Junior Suites and 1 Suite with the larges master bedroom, a living area with sofa and a private terrace to feel in harmony with the scenery. Many rooms feature the typical Salento star vault and they are all furnished and embellished with design elements and antique furniture. Rooms have all the modern comforts of a luxury hotel.
